This quotation sums up the core philosophy of my resource-oriented work, in which the main focus is on new ways of seeing and experiencing the world. All you need is a readiness to start out on the journey and to open up to new perspectives and experiences.
This in turn will lead you to new views and insights, for example about your work, the way you treat yourself, or to your bodily posture and mental attitudes.
